Photos: Springtime in Niner Nation on campus 2016

| April 17, 2016

It’s no secret we have a beautiful campus here at UNC Charlotte, and each season brings more appeal. Check out these springtime shots of campus! Trees start to bud and bloom. Some of the early blooming plants start. Temperatures can drop and cause unexpected frosts early on, sometimes causing damage to sensitive crops. Normally temperatures stay in the 40’s and 50’s, and continue to grow as spring progresses. Spring is usually a time for lots of rain, at least compared to other seasons, with lots of sunshine in between.

Summer does really seem to kick in right about the same time as Memorial Day in late May. This pattern will typically repeat itself over and over again throughout the summer.
